Makes perfect sense
What I learned from these books is summarized into one thing, watch what you put in your mouth! Good effects us drastically, and using the proper nutrition and fasting protocols I have seen significant results in weight loss and muscle gains. Although some things here may seem a bit extreme, if you want to ramp up your physique, you have to make some sacrifices. This book is a great ordeal for reaching and maximize results.

Basically an overly long Men's Health article...
The information presented in this pack is pretty solid, I just felt myself wanting a bit more depth. The content played more like a pop nutrition blog than as an actual resource.
