Too calm for me. I enjoy guided meditation exercises and I was looking for a more energising one. I could now start my day or go back to sleep.
The voice is ok but trying too much to sound relaxing. As in most guided exercises, unnatural.

This guided meditation takes you from laying in bed to getting up and getting ready for your day. It’s not my favorite because different people have such different ways of getting ready, but it does try to take that into consideration and show you how to use the basic concept of mindfulness no matter how you get ready.

A neat way to meditate but I prefer to be still versus doing a morning routine also too much o it was dedicated to teeth brushing and not enough to bed making, face washing or most challenging part: getting up.
