I do recommend this book. The reason why is you don’t have to deal with all the extra filler. He gets to the point days go by and things do happen but it’s a way different book in the way of it’s not all action venture excitement killing etc. But that’s the reason why I like instead of it being all about the one character being a spell sword. He has done the different jobs but it’s about business making money and still being in a litRPG world.

If he stops right now with the story it is a good ending. It was a good book. I guess he can continue to grow if there is a next book so I'll probably buy it.

Hits all the right spots loved it. You just have to listen it’s worth it even though it’s shorter then the first book.

I enjoyed this series so far. I find it to be written Very similar to The Land series, with humor and pop culture refrences dashed in.. My only criticism would be how quickly the story progresses. It feels slighty rushed and the book length reflects that. Overall I enjoyed the book and Nick's preformance here's to hoping that future novels in the series expand the content per book.

So I am I huge fan of Nick Podehl, the narrator of book one. I was worried the change in narrator would be too different. But I was so wrong, and I am so glad I was. I feel like Eric is perfect for this series. Anyone who is on the fence about this for any reason, but especially the change in narrator, please just take the leap of faith and give this a try!!!

There is a scene where Jack gets a quest to do something, he then ignores it, later the quest is brought up again, and he acts like it's new information that he hadn't already promised to do. Only big issue I had.
