Great lessons for the world !
Mr Robbins points are valid and well documented, yet not enough folks know this important information. We need to continue to spread these facts stated here of why we must go plant based. After reading this book I feel great gratitude for his research .

This book is a must read - audible or hard copy
This book became a classic when it was written and still rings true. Given the state of the world now and the overwhelming crises we face, this book should be mandatory reading for everyone. From our health, to the horrors of animal factories, to the immanent collapse of our environment (by now apparent to everyone on earth) - the information presented in this book is imperative for everyone to hear.
(The narrator did well and easy to listen to also)

Wow…eye opening
This book should be required reading for all! This has reconfirmed my dedication to a plant based eating lifestyle not only for the animals being abused and my health, but also the environment.
