Impressive

Very clear and easy to read. Dr. McDougall explains why our current economic system distorts the true to benefit those that profit from lies. It is not complicated, or a conspiracy, its capitalism baby.

Get Book, and PDF's

This book was an interesting listener, and I think everyone should have it. However, this book like his Starch Solution is doubled with the PDF that he attaches. Another great book, easy to understand and apply.

Good Health in a nutshell

The narrator has a great voice. excellent reading and emphasis.

The information given in this book is pretty concise. I appreciate learning of Dr McDougall's experience early in his life and career, as well. I look forward to ordering the book and trying some of those recipes!

Meh....

After just reading "how not to die," a very good read about vegan and health improvement, I found this audio book lacking in substance and backup. With all due respect for all of the great work this author has accomplished, the book seemed self-glorifying, and even a bit arrogant. Also, lots of the real "diet" material for this book is in "the accompanying PDF...." I could've just read that. Lots of wasted time dissing other diets too... oh well, at least it was short. Hmmmm.
