Excellent narration of a very important subject
Excellent coverage of great importance not only for our country, but for the entire world. A real eye-opener, as far as how critical our decisions on nutrition are for both ourselves and the planet. Congratulations on a great job.

Expert narration, great intro to lifestyle change
I was skeptical about this title, as I sort of assumed it would be a cookbook. It's actually a really helpful, thorough resource to plant based health. I am trying to make lifestyle changes and this was a great guide.
