Anxiety is the main thing which is a major issue everybody is facing in this generation. It is literally ruining relationships and also an individual career. This book has some useful insights where we can apply few things practically and get a better mental health in order to live happily with a good lifestyle.

I purchased this compilation with hopes of understanding my partner better. He has some anxious tendencies towards relationships I think due to past ones but I wanted to figure out ways to help support him and make him feel confident and secure. I thought the books did a good job of going in depth on various topics.
Also enjoyed that there was a PDF I could download to highlight sections that were important to me.

This book clearly lays out the different attachment styles developed in childhood, and how they play a major role in relationships as adults. Very insightful for helping the reader overcome an anxious attachment style.

This is an excellent source for overcoming your anxiety of being dumped. A lot of the points brought up by the author really hit home. I didn’t realize that I have an anxious attachment style but glad this book provides a way to fix it.

I have read a lot of books on self help for myself and my relationships. This two book combo is excellent. They helped point out so many things that I know I need to work on but in a way that truly makes sense.

It's a 2 books for 1. Gives you a realistic perspective about your attachment and relationship that other books don't have. I'm an anxious attachment, this helped me understand better my avoidant Partner and ease my anxiety. Used the tips they give and helped us to get along better in the intimacy field. It is really worth to listen to, even if you're avoidant, the first book it's gives you a lot of insight about you and you're partner.

My husband and I read this book tgthr. It has really been an eye opener to behaviors that we saw but hadn't a name for. It definitely helps to understand the genesis to much of how we act involuntarily. Awareness is key! You can't fix what you don't admit. I liked that in addition to the behaviors, it also provided tools to those who are on the receiving end of these styles as well (i.e. better conversational approaches, calls to empathy, and what to say / not say to help), so it tends to both sides of the attachment style. It was pretty thorough, thus I was able to not only see us clearly, but some of my friends styles (w/o even having them take the test, lol). It's a great read for those who are ready to be honest and put behaviors that prove destructive to their relationships behind them. This book provides much needed hope! Enjoy!

I feel like I got my money's worth since this audiobook contains two full sized books. The first covers all the different types of attachment styles that one could have in a relationship, and the second covers how to overcome the anxious attachment style. Overall, tons of great information to understand yourself and your partner better and to get to the roots of the issue to overcome anxious attachment style.
