It All Makes Sense Now by Carder

I have read many books on ADHA/ADD. This by far the best one. So incredibly helpful and she has some funny stories you can probably relate to. I highly recommend this book!

Vulnerability, relatable, and immediately actionable advice

Long time listener, first time reviewer.

This book is just what I needed. I have listened to many books, worked with therapists and psychiatrists, and have frankly invested significant time and money into finding the best strategies to manage ADHD for myself and my two middle school boys. This book is by far the best investment you can make if you’re also looking to develop a better understanding of ADHD and find immediately actionable strategies you can leverage to be at your best, and make it work within your home and work life.

I tell people all the time that ADHD can be a super power when well managed, and Meredith has provided relatable ways to implement all the best strategies I have learned over the years, and more!
