Fantastic information, no “bonus PDF”.
This book is literally life changing— it provides the knowledge, tools, and resources to rewire the brain, change your thinking, and reshape your life.
One major downside of the audio version— there is no accompanying “bonus PDF” that is mentioned all throughout the book. I have several audiobooks that have accompanying PDF’s and know exactly how to access them.
This one does not have the PDF attached to the download. If it did, this would be an easy 5 star.

Vignola's lovely British voice adds plenty to the narrative. Felt it was most useful as it was coming from "not an expert" but superiorly knowledgeable person who filled the book with personal anecdotes as well as strong scientific lessons

What could be a challenging and complex subject to delve into, the author does a great job of building concepts from simple premises, connecting these concepts upon each other and giving kind encouragement along the way. Along the way, she shares personal anecdotes to make the whole book relatable and digestible.

Found This at the Right Time
This book came at the right time for me. I saw the author on the Today Show promoting her book. I had just quit my job after being unhappy for a long time. By understanding habits that I had formed and finding ways to form new ones has been very enlightening. I have tools now to make the changes I want to make.
