Story
During the course of learning mindfulness, you may be asked to try different things. For example, you may be asked to concentrate on your breathing. A lot of people don't realize the significance of this task. The fact is that most of us don't use the lung capacity that we have because we don't need to in order to stay alive. However, when you breathe correctly, as you are taught later in the audiobook, you actually improve what's going on in your body, and systems such as the sympathetic nervous system are able to do their work more efficiently.

In a nonreligious concept, spirituality emphasizes well-being. This can include holistic activities such as meditation or yoga. Spirituality seeks a connection with something greater than yourself, which can lead to positive emotions such as peace, wonder, contentment, gratitude, and acceptance. If you are eager to get in touch with your soul, carrying out spiritual activities can be of great help.

CBT is a treatment modality that is used to help individuals change their maladaptive thinking patterns. The premise of this technique is that when a person changes his maladaptive thinking patterns that it leads to changes in emotion and behavior as well. This process requires a significant amount of self-awareness because participants not only work to adjust their mindsets but they have to make extensive changes in their behavioral patterns, as well.

If you ask a Finn, they will likely be as baffled as you are. That’s why Melanie Dower, an expat who has been living in Finland for the past decade, has taken up the charge. Her vantage as an outsider entrenched in Finnish culture uniquely positions her to identify the keys to Finnish happiness that elude the rest of the world and that Finns take for granted. From sauna to strong social safety nets, Finnish life is made up of a constellation of habits and structures that leave its residents relaxed, healthy, and fulfilled.

Well written by the author and great narration
the book discusses how anxiety and fear can affect your daily life and it's great to see how the author themselves overcame this overwhelming sense of failure.
I like throughout the book the author tells you what he used to manage the anxiety and what we can do to help ourselves
I'm definitely going to be incorporated what I've listened to, and hopefully get some sense of fulfillment from lifes many difficulties!
The narration was perfect, you can tell the narrator has put effort into this and it all comes together nicely,
overall, would recommend this book to friends and family.
