The audoibook is short but really informative. It's a good way to gain basic knowledge about nervous system and how the meditatin helps the body and the mind to calm down.
The narrator is good. He explains everything very well.

Though this a very short audio book, Jesse Israel explained very well how helpful meditation is for stress relieving. Didn't know some of the stuff he mentioned in this audio book and happy to know it now. Overall, very informative and I am inspired to practice meditation.
