Condensed Simplicity

I J Rodz has written a book which is amazing in its simplicity and Rebekah Amber Clark narrates it simply and succintly.

My wife has struggled with the baby weight. Began intermittent fasting but needed something as simple as IJ Rodz book to help her get on track. The importance of Fat and portion sizing are the key my wife learned from this book to help her get moving on this weight loss journey.

We highly recommend this book

YOU CANNOT FAIL TO LOSE WEIGHT!

Fasting works. I’ve lost 125 pounds over the last two years through fasting and changing my eating habit to conform very closely with what I.J. Rodz outlines in this book.
You’ll discover how to use your hands to judge the correct size portions of proteins, fats and so forth that you consume daily. The accompanying PDF details this clearly, as well as presenting QR codes for the types of supplements you’ll want to be certain to include in your diet.
The author walks you through the entire 30 day program step-by-step. And surprise! It’s not at all as difficult as you might think!
I feel confident in saying that if you follow the dietary/supplementation and intermittent fasting plan as outlined in this valuable little book, you absolutely CANNOT FAIL to lose weight!

A totally do-able diet strategy!

I loved this bite-sized IF book! It gets straight to the point regarding the most important aspects of intermittent fasting like goal setting and daily meal plans, all in an approachable way. I love that healthy fats are included in this strategy. I feel that I can tackle this 30 day plan!

Very Relatable and Helpful!

My wife loved this book. (I am writing this on her behalf since this is my account). She asked me to mention she enjoyed the personal stories of the author, which made the book very relatable for her. Her favorite chapter was the pantry and fridge makeover. Her least favorite was the supplements, as she said it was too short, and she wanted to know more. All in all, she gave it five stars and will recommend it to her girlfriends!

Simple steps to follow!

I’ve been listening to a lot of books on intermittent fasting. I have some extra weight that creeped up on me and this book seems to work with my lifestyle. The 30 day meal plan is perfect for me since it’s easier to follow a plan an not have to come up with something myself.
