Great plan for fitness goals
My wife really enjoyed this plan especially that it included other topics with health. She liked the exercise portions which gave simple instructions to understand some of the techniques.
The diet was also helpful to know what foods help with positive progress. The yoga/stretches were helpful with cool down moments! Definitely recommend to others!
