A Great Resource for My Wife!

I listened to this workbook with my wife to support her and Im so glad we did it together. It really helped me understand what she goes through with ADHD. Finally Feeling in Control of My ADHD!

The ABC's of Living with ADHD

This audio book is a great resource for women with ADHD, those who suspect they have it, and/or anyone wanting to better support a loved one with ADHD. Almost everyone has someone in their family or a friend, In my case, I do not personally have ADHD but my son does. !Instead of trying to "fix" you, it encourages embracing your symptoms and using them to improve your life.
