What I enjoy about Jeffrey Gitomer’s books is that they contain tons of practice advice. Not some vague recommendations that would be hard to apply, but bits that you can go out and test today.
Some content obviously intersects with other books by the author, but the energy with which Mr. Gitomer presents the material compensates for it
