I will admit that I listened to this on a whim, but I'm glad I did. even though it's short it packs a punch with a wealth of information. I also liked that they quoted someone from either Harvard. yale, or Stanford, and they explained that being a night owl or even an extreme night owl is normal for some people. now I might try others in the series.

The audiobook is very interesting and informative. I enjoyed it a lot. The only problem is that now I feel empowered and I want to learn more. And I don't want to sleep at all :)

This was a short but to the point and very informative about sleep and how it may apply differently for some people. Great tid bits about getting better sleep and ba ked by scientific studies and sleep study specialists. I definitely recommend this whole series of books.
