Information and a provided plan for ADHD
I really enjoyed this audiobook and found it a refreshing take on so many other 'how to' books that are out these days. After discussing the facets of ADHD, the author provides a detailed, step by step plan to work with and help overcome aspects of ADHD. The included 8-day plan has many exercises and suggestions for many situations one may encounter.
One of the most important parts for me was the 'Take command with Impulse Control'. Too often in life, or at work have we all had moments when we say something we wish we could take back. The author provided teachable information for situations exactly like this, for someone with ADHD but also for anyone who may be on the receiving end. A vital skill for everyone these days.

very accessible!!
I am a visual person and the PDG attached to the audiobook was super accessible to me with lots of visualizations and charts and images and small amounts of text that I could read and digest. Normally those books that are super heavy in text i can't stay focused on. This gave me a lot of energy. I loved the PDF that came with the audio book and as I listened the second time, I was reading the PDF at the same time. Lots of good strategies and approaches to help with my standard ADHD struggles. Thanks for giving hope.

A great resource
This is an excellent resource for anyone looking to improve focus, organization, working memory, and emotional control. I shared this with my husband, who has struggled to manage his ADHD for as long as he can remember. An 8-day program filled with practical exercises and strategies specifically tailored for adults with ADHD gave him a very clear start, middle, and end, which he appreciated very much. The approach is clear and concise, making it easy to follow and implement the techniques. Highly recommend.
