great quickie
Uplifting and light. I really enjoyed listening to them go back and forth. I like his philosophy on moving forward, focusing on the bounce back rather then the fall that got us down. No wonder the deahawks are so successful and fun to watch. Will definitely be downloading their other, more in depth, audible next credit!

Awesome Mentality Building Material!
people always talk about looking at the best professional athletes because they are the one the media highlight the most. they are the ones out on the feild scoring the points. Very seldom do we get to hear about what goes into building the athletes and the kind of work that takes place to get those athletes from good to great. The ones who coach the most successful men and women are definitely worth listening to and learning from. This was a really awesome audio book.

overall it was a good listen. it's exactly what it says it is - a conversation about mindset between the two authors. If you're new to the idea of mindset, this might be a good place to start. Students of the subject will find nothing new here.

A taste of things to come
This was a good introduction to the mindset work that Pete Carroll has instituted in the Seattle Seahawks program. I don’t think this is meant as a full on course or even a full novel. But it does a great job of introducing an approach that allows you to maximize your growth mindset. Pete Carroll’s energy is infectious you can tell just by listening to him. Dr. Gervais does a wonderful job of putting into words the energy that seems to permeate Pete Carroll‘s life. The steps they outline to reach superior performance in life seem eminently achievable. I’ll definitely be listening to the next book they produce.
