Learned to Manage BPD

I have found this workbook essential in my life. The DBT skills are presented in a format that is both practical and easy to understand. Whether you have absolutely no experience in therapy or have been in therapy for decades, this book presents the skills in a way that everyone can use. It has helped me contain my emotions better and has helped me to see my relationships more clearly. I have definitely experienced a change in my ability to cope with my day-to-day life and am grateful for the skills I have learned from this workbook.
