Learned to Manage BPD
I have found this workbook essential in my life. The DBT skills are presented in a format that is both practical and easy to understand. Whether you have absolutely no experience in therapy or have been in therapy for decades, this book presents the skills in a way that everyone can use. It has helped me contain my emotions better and has helped me to see my relationships more clearly. Learn a lot
Read this to try to understand some of the behavior my brother has who has been diagnosed with this, I found some of the things discussed to be very helpful and I will recommend this book to him.

Support Through Lived Experience
I liked the fact that this book was more direct and less clinical. Having first hand stories from individuals with BPD was very helpful. This book is a great tool to refresh and practice DBT skills outside of a group or clinic.
