Great introduction to intermittent fasting!

This book made it easy to understand intermittent fasting and not very intimidating. I can’t wait to get started

It’s Ok

I purchased this book because my husband has recently found intermittent fasting and has been successful with losing some weight. I’m so skeptical of all these books about dieting. The author here shared some good information about the science of digestion but the plan seems restrictive. Having had gastric sleeve surgery, I already can’t and don’t consume a lot of food. So I’m going to just try eating as I normally do for 10hrs and fast for 14hrs and see how I do. It’s a start.
