Improve your health and diet.

It is definitely a pro ketogenic diet book or audiobook. Definitely has some interesting introduction information that is good for someone just starting out.

Like the content.

I’ve been doing some ketogenic experimentation for a couple of years but after reading the knowledge and science behind the life extension benefits presented in this book I’ve decided it’s time to go full cyclical Keto and low carb forever. I'll be buying this book for all my friends and family for sure. well worth it.

Best book on keto lifestyle.

I have been in a ketogenic diet for over a year, I have read good books that helped me to get rid of some of the weight I needed to loose, but for some "unknown" reasons I could not made my body to loose more. I tried different sources until I decided to buy this audio book. This has been the most eye opener guide to show me my past mistakes and how to remedy them. Love this book!

Strongly recommend!

I'm just a beginner in weight lose program and i have decided that i will follow this book. The author of this book has done an excellent job and described everything very clearly, so I didn’t face any problem to understand any part. I'm so glad to have found this.

I really enjoyed listening to this.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to do low-carb or keto I’ve been doing keto for almost a year and I have tons of books. This book is very nice it is straight to the point and gives you great recipes

Very good but....

I liked this book however with the recipes and info given I had to return it. I’ll buy the hardcover , I can’t commit all the info to memory need to read it.

Well Done!

This book provides a very in depth headstart for starting a Keto diet. Also provides recipes and meal plans. There's a ton of fluff and wrong materials out there about this diet and I think this book does a good job in explaining the right way of knowing what to do with the ketogenic diet. I love the narration as well. Well done.

You can try this book!!

Ketogenic diet is well explained. The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to loss weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

Easy, and informative.

Nice book. A lot of tasty recipes for every occasion. All directions are pretty clear and you can easily cook all dishes at home.
