Finally satisfied with my progress.

I began the diet for 2 weeks and lost weight, reduced my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically more powerful with fewer sicknesses. My doctors were finally satisfied with my progress. I'm ordering another recipe book so as to keep having choices to keep on this diet.

This is an excellent book

This book supplies an overall summary of the diet and what it can do. It begins with explaining, giving advice for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow.

Great keto starter book

I found this to be an wonderful book for people starting out on the Keto lifestyle or for those who are considering it and want some real practical information. It gives the needed information to make the choice whether or not you want to commit to it. I wish I had read or listened to this before I started. It would have been very helpful.
