This book made me aware of my health and the steps I need to take in order to make myself a better and healthier person.I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn about the ketogenic diet. There's a ton of fluff and wrong materials out there about this diet and I think this book does a good job in explaining the right way of knowing what to do with the ketogenic diet.

Not for beginners

Complicated terminology...not for the novice Dieter. This book may be better in printed form as there are many formulas and recipes

Ketogenic diet done right

What made the experience of listening to Ketogenic Diet the most enjoyable?

It's a very simplistic book. I love the way the it's organized and laid out. Great audiobook for a diet book.

Diets come and go but the ketogenic diet is one of the best diets out there that stick. I've struggled with weight issues all my life because though I lose weight, I don't know how to keep it off. What the ketogenic diet focuses on is special foods you can eat to maximize weight loss and most importantly, keep it off. There are also recipes discussed which I've used and I've really seen improvement in my overall weight and well-being. Overall you can't go wrong with this diet and this book lays down the foundation to make sure you're on the right track in keep weight loss off while living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

good priciples

Easy to understand book. Like the way the author gets directly to the point without a lot of storytelling. Good charts. The only downside is the charts could hold more information. It is one of the best books that you can read quickly, get the idea of what it is about and go directly into applying the principles..........suggested worthfully.

Ketogenic Diet

Really appreciative for an easy to understand publication and medically supervised diet that has recently been successful for me. It is not entirely what I have been trying to follow, but enough so that I can better understand the process. A new book and arrived quickly.
