This book was so good. It had every aspect of outside relationships from parents, family friends to intimate partners to relationships within yourself, which is so imperative for people to understand even as a mental health clinician this book helped me grow and to see things more clear and understand how significant your relationship with yourself is compared to external relationships. I specifically love the part on conflict and learn how to deal with tension especially because I am aware of how I run from conflict. This book makes you examine conflict, love relationships, and the matters of your heart differently, and also makes you understand that if it is important to your heart, then it is important to you and not to shy away from that because something doesn’t exist overall it was a good read, and I would recommend it to everyone.
