I liked a lot audio-book!
I like the format: research, case example, and a sample script. Its early parts give a good overview of hypnosis in general. Whether you believe in past lives or not, which I do, the fact that past life regression can cure a mountain of ills is astounding. Thanks to the author. Great creative guide!
