Great Book
I really like this book. I love how they brought out our history and centuries ago. I learned alot. she does miss say chapter 19 lol she says chapter 17 lol.

As a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I know 2 things…. #1 the prescription within these pages seems extreme and #2 your health is in your hands.
The authors do a great job of leading the reader on an interesting journey with captivating stories, cute antics, and real world data, until you are bought in, hook, line, & sinker.
The lead you in to a harsh reality in a pleasant, but by bit, fashion to help you best understand the whole picture. They use language that is easily understood at any level. Very well crafted and presented material!

Interesting topic
I enjoyed the book and love the narrator and her voice. However her pronunciation of the word, “ancient” was incorrect and used in almost every chapter. Considering the numerous times it was used it should have been correct. Otherwise I’m glad I was able to listen to this book.
