Great concept: Very powerful audio!
Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

Worthy listen! Highly recommended!
I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got this, but it was just a credit so I figured why not. I feel like it's helping me, and it's been one of the only mind shifts that have worked for me.
