lots of good information!
I have been really interested in learning about yoga and really can't afford to take classes, this is such a great alternative. The audio book was informative and helpful and felt like I was being taught by a friend. It was an easy listen and had tons of great information. The poses are illustrated, but I would have love to see some full color photos of the poses actually being executed.

Great For All Skill Levels!
After listening this audio book I realized that there is so much more to yoga than meets the eye. I learned a lot about the history of yoga and the different types that there are. This gave me an all new appreciation for yoga and I enjoy doing it even more now that I have an understanding of the history.

Great Me Time Exercise
I got this audio book FREE for review in exchange for my honest feedback. Most thinking Yoga is just stretching and trying to get your bod into positions that they haven't been able to get into since birth. However Yoga- Beginners is so much more than that. Yes it teaches you the techniques and form you using while doing yoga. However this audio book provides you with a more in depth,and detailed history of Yoga, and why people use Yoga. Yoga can be used in correlation with meditation and finding peace with oneself. Yoga is great for the body AND MIND, and this is a step by step guide to hep you achieve the most out of your session. I am overweight, but i have been able to attempt several of these exercises. It's a great "me time" for us mothers looking to just relax.

Great for beginners, and for those (like me) who haven't done yoga for a while and need to easy back into it. I've tried several other yoga audio book, but I keep coming back to this one because it's relaxing, easy to follow, and the poses are effective but don't hurt my back or neck.

I just did the first 30 minutes and I loved it.
I just did the first 30 minutes and I loved it. The instructions were clear and this one took time with each pose so I felt like I could really do it correctly before moving onto another pose. I ended up feeling really stretched out and calm.

Perfect for Us!
Very easy pace for beginners. Yoga isn't about twisting into crazy shapes, it is about connecting your mind, breath and body. I am recovering from an injury and I was able to follow this practice without pain. I was well pleased.
