Great book
I started the program two weeks ago with the cleanse and it's not as bad as anticipated. my hands feel better already. I cheated the last two days with a garlic burger and some ice cream and potato chips. will be easy to get right back to the program. I read the plant paradox 3 weeks ago and just finished the quick and easy. Welcome to my new lifestyle.

Outstanding Book
This book is priceless and has changed not only my life BUT my lifestyle. It’s full of facts and statistics which supersede all that I have been taught about good health and healthy eating habits. This has given me a path to healing and wholeness without prescription drugs and surgery and for this I will be forever grateful and open to share my (testimony or) success story to all interest in listening. This is easier for a lay person to read .....
The book is great. My only complaint is that you pay for the pdf file that comes with it and it is not yours to copy to a disc to open in another device.

Wow
I have found maybe 1/2 of these suggestions throughout daily research for the last 15 years. I wish I knew of this book the day it came out. It would have legitimately changed my life then! Highly recommend!! It doesn’t tell what to eat and avoid as much as it tells you the WHY and HOW things came to be. Highly recommend!

good book
great to listen to since I drive a lot. I agree with all of the advice and it's helped me a lot in my life to get control over what I'm eating and stop the bloat, even though I was eating healthy foods. the menu on audio is a waste though, boring & found my mind wandered, that should just be a thing to read.
