I Haven't Been Able to Finish This

I'm joking a little bit, but it's true, I haven't been able to finish listening because I am doing so right before bed, and I fall asleep before finishing it! I guess that says it all. I fell asleep so quickly last night and remained asleep with no problems and that seems to be the case ever since I began listening to Dr. Feel Good! Bravo.

"Eliminate negative thoughts for peace."

Insomnia is difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. About 7/10 people suffer from it. People used to take sessions and medications to cure it.


But the writer explains how you can get rid of this just by relaxing your mind with peace and positive thoughts.

Low Cost Effective Relaxing Therapy

How to quit bad habits is simple:

You need to avoid the use of triggers. As a 1st Gulf War Marine Corps veteran, I had gone years avoiding a diagnosis of PTSD because I was being tough. Seeking a mental health specialist was a sign of weakness. As a public school teacher during the pandemic, I saw firsthand the effects of trauma in my students' eyes. But seeing the symptoms in someone else, I still ignored the trauma in my life until, one day, an event triggered everything behind closed doors. I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with PTSD.

It was the mindfulness activities that my therapist recommended that helped me to recover and deal with everyday and past lingering traumatic events. In 2022, I had never heard of mindfulness before that first session. I tell you this because in preparing to listen to this audiobook, I remember attending a hypnosis stage show, and I volunteered but could not be hypnotized.

This easy-to-use book includes guided meditation and hypnosis sessions that have helped thousands of people get the sleep they deserve with almost no effort. This quick listen with calming music backgrounds was very relaxing. This book was a fraction of the cost of meditation retreats or hypnotherapy that my insurance paid for at $200+ per hour. interesting, good narration

This is a great audio to listen to when trying to fall asleep.
It was raining today, so I decided to listen to this while lying down for a nap, and I fall asleep before finishing it.
I fell asleep so quickly and remained asleep with no problems.
I recommend this audio book for anyone with trouble sleeping.

Super Interesting!

My dad signed up for Mike Mandel's Hypnosis Academy a few years ago, and ever since I've been learning a fair bit about hypnosis (on top of watching a ton of videos about the subject, he also tends to rant when he finds something interesting), and this was a good supplemental resource! Even just the intro about the subconscious, grounding, and whatnot was interesting to me, and we shall see if the scripted sessions themselves help with my sleeping issues. Either way, worth the listen!

Most certainly worth the try

At least I have found the joy in sleeping well again and do it regularly. This book is definitely worth it. I think everyone should look for a section where they will have more impact. For me it was the ability to reprogram my mind.

Best sleep ever.

I've listened to Dr Feel Good since CD days and this stuff works for me. I'm glad it's available on audiobook. His voice is so comforting.

Sleep Changer

I have always struggled with sleep. I can remember being a child taking hours to get to sleep, and even then i was still aware of my surroundings.
As an adult it's exausting. I'm constantly looking for solutions to my sleep crisis.
I can appreciate the authors effort to help people like me. This book helps you tackle the root cause of your insomnia so you can heal completely!
