One of the best I've seen
As someone who is always growing and peeling back the next layer of the "onion", I enjoy finding resources to help me do that. When it comes to shadow work, this is one of the best resources I've seen. Rather than getting bogged down in Jungian philosophy, it gets right into the nitty gritty of doing the work.

We heal the world when we heal ourselves, which is an interesting statement I have never heard before. There is no such thing as a perfect life, so we all experience challenges.
