Fascinating and powerful

good book to learn about your natural clock

learned a good amount from this book. it's a fun and quick read but I think it's worth it, gives you a better idea of when to eat and exercise.

Each person physic are uniquely different and morning exercise is the best to boost day with energy!!

I enjoyed it lot. Used it try to exercise at night or after eat lot but by reading this I understood how much exercise is the best suit for me and how morning activities best benefits the healthy beings

Thoroughly Enjoyed !!!

The narrator was perfect! One of the best i’ve heard in a long while!The content of the book was very good as well. It incorporated modern scientific research with ancient ayurvedic practices seamlessly. I highly recommend this book and will be buying the hardcopy for quick future reference.

WONDERFUL Book!

Very well written, direct to the point and with great step by step guidance on how to understand your body type and how to align your habits to it.
I bought copies to my family members and I certain the world would be a much better place if everyone could have access to the information in this book!

New schedule, new way to look at life

I truly enjoyed this audiobook and will order the hard copy soon to have it as a reference book in my library. I started to implement small changes to my schedule while reading — now that I’m done I plan to follow many more of the recommendations. A lot of the advice is simple, straightforward, and common sense in the best kind of way.

loved it. Going to make my son read this next .

I'm already using so many things from this book. I cannot wait to see results in 30 days from now. My sleep has already got better doing the three meals a day and eating at the proper times. I'm super excited for my future health. And to teach my 13 year old son more about his own health and why it's so important to eat at the right times.

Love it!

There is a lot of overlap here with other books but this one really ties it all together in a way others have not.
This is like a philosophy of life for your body and mind.
