I read this book before some very important negotiations, used what I learned and maximized my outcomes. A few months later, I had Negotiation Strategies class with Dr. Medvec at Kellogg School of Management, where she reinforced what I learned from her book. It would have been nice if a PDF supplement were included as there are a lot of references to figures and tables that I’d like to reference while listening and on an ongoing basis.

Great book, but a lot to remember. I bought both the audible and kindle copies, but neither includes the tables and charts referenced in the book, which is a bit disappointing.
